Skyrocketing Gasoline Prices C-SPAN

Congressman Paul Tonko (NY-21) delivers a one minute address on the floor of the House of Representatives discussing the skyrocketing gasoline prices that consumers are paying at the pump. He suggests that outdated technology and subsidies to Big Oil are part of the problem. He advocates for the middle class and a better use of taxpayer money, as this loophole has only given Big Oil record profits and not helped stop the sticker shop at the pump.
